Admitting Department

The new Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre has three admitting areas. 

1.   Admitting/Registration:

Hours of Operation:  6:30 AM - 5:00 PM   Monday - Friday

Services Provided:  Outpatient/Clinical Registrations

                            Admissions, Transfers and Discharges

The entrance to Registration is through the doors that are facing SOUTH, next to the Emergency and Ambulatory entrances.

Parking is available in the south-west quandrant in the Ambulatory Care parking.

 

2.   Reception:

Hours of Operation:   7:00 AM - 7:00 PM   7 days/week

Services Provided:  Switchboard/Paging, Cashiering, Patient Way Finding.

Reception is located at the Main Entrance of the health centre. Parking is available on the East Side. 

 

3.   Emergency Registration Desk:

Hours of Operation: 24 hour coverage  Monday - Sunday

Services Provided:  EMERGENCY REGISTRATIONS, In-Patient Admissions,

                            Cashiering After Hours,      

                            Switchboard/Paging 

                            Transfers and Discharges, Patient Valuables.

The entrance way is on the SOUTH side. Take the access road into the hospital site off 7th Avenue to the circular road, turn left for EMERGENCY at 1 Meno Ya Win Way. 

Parking is available in the south-west quadrant for EMERGENCY and AMBULATORY patients and some additional parking is allocated at the Main Entrance - East Side.
