You Can Expect Quality Care

While you are receiving treatment in our facility, you can be assured that you are working with a team that is caring and experienced.  We offer a motivational environment with access to a range of health professionals, support groups and treatment options.

Our health care team will develop you care plan with you. They will help you identify treatment goals and aftercare planning that will help you achieve the best possible results.

We take a holistic approach that focuses on physical, emotional and spiritual wellness during the process of recovery.

Expectations

Patients must be motivated to successfully withdraw and willing to adhere to Suboxone maintenance guidelines set by their local community program once discharged to home.

Children are not able to access this program with their parents.  Should you have a young babe in arms, they can attend with you. However, should you be coming out for OWS program, please make other arrangements for the care of your children while you are at the program.  Escorts are generally not accepted in the program.

We recommend that couples do not attend OWS together, as part of addictions care is to re-focus on individual needs.  We will arrange to have couples attend  back to back.

Beginning Treatment

Admissions are dependent upon availability of space.

All admissions are voluntary; we do not accept court mandated patients.
Patients must be 18 years or older.

Clients are required to attend programing daily, abstain from the use of drugs and alcohol, and participate in group sessions and individual counselling.

Commencing treatment, intake will be completed to determine the level of care you require during your withdrawal, client goals and individualized support program as well as statistical data.

Discharge

We want to make sure that the right arrangements are made when you are ready to leave our unit. To do this, your care team will link you follow-up care in your community or to out of town services.
